It requires systems thinking, ecological awareness, understanding of neural networks, murmuration, and a solid grasp of quantum mechanics.

Leo is an expert in naval surface warfare, remote sensing, quantum mechanics, and neutal networks. He is HALO QI's Chief Scientist.
